Enjoyed a two-night stay at this place, the room was stylish with a lovely soaking tub, the location was convenient with wireless charging ports making it easy to explore the surroundings.

The place was pretty clean, and they had a heated pool, which was awesome. The staff was super friendly and always in a good mood. Our room even had a spa bathtub, and let me tell you, the beds were like sleeping on clouds ☁️.

The place is fairly clean, the staff is really helpful and amazingly kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed my beautifully decorated room with a lovely soaking tub.

My room at Desolation Hotel was beautifully appointed and had a fantastic soaking tub on the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. The outdoor pool area was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty. They gave me a warm welcome with complimentary water and wine before showing me around the hotel. The room was well-appointed with heated bathroom floors, wireless charging ports, and an Alexa-enabled speaker. The outdoor pool area was great, especially with the fire pits and heated pool. the hotel had a perfect mix of modern and cozy vibes.

Our romantic escape was made even more special by the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The heated floors in the bathroom and the kitchenette amenities really added to the luxurious feel of the stay. the pool and hot tub were a real treat and made for a relaxing evening under the stars.

We did have a few issues during our stay. we were disappointed that the charging stations in the parking lot were not functioning.

Staying here with my family was a pleasure. The location was perfect, just a walking distance from major casinos. The pool was outstanding, especially during winter, and the staff members were all friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable with many amenities, such as heated bathroom floors, kitchenette, and even wireless charging ports. We especially liked the aesthetic of the hotel which was a perfect mix of modern and cozy.

Our experience was marred by the food quality of the on-site restaurant. The breakfast lacked quality and flavor, which was a shame considering everything else was up to the mark.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for our family. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We spent most of our time there, enjoying the heated pool while snowing outside. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, really friendly and helpful. Plus, we were thrilled to find free charging stations for our car.

The restaurant food could use a bit of improvement. We had breakfast before leaving and the bacon and sausage were overcooked.
